"I can't rave enough! If I could give 10 stars, I would!I was on a road trip on my wing - 500 miles from home when my back tire went bad. I called every bike shop within 75 miles and no one had my tire or the ability to mount and balance it for several days. Absolute said they had the tire but were down an employee and couldn't do the work. After several minutes of begging and pleading, they agreed to mount and balance if I removed the wheel and reinstalled. Within an hour, I was back on the road instead of having the rest of my trip ruined.To the service staff at Absolute: THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!" Overall Rating: Scott Tracy - NH
